  11.           INTL lines will now be placed into messages if either of
  12.           the following conditions are met:
  13.  
  14.               1) the origin and destination zones are different.
  15.               2) the destination zone and your =primary= zone are
  16.                  different.
  17.  
  18.           New config option "Force INTL Line".
  19.  
  20.           You can now stop MsgTrack dead in its tracks <g> by
  21.           pressing F10 while it is running. You cannot abort while MT
  22.           is renumbering messages, or during a nodelist complile.
  23.  
  24.           Changed the 'look' of MTSetup and Full Screen Mode.
  25.  
  26.           Fixed a memory allocation bug in the Nodelist compiler.

  28.           New environment variable setting AFIOPT=LOTEK_RES.  Use
  29.           only if needed.

  31.           MsgTrack will no longer process messages that are from
  32.           'ARCmail' or 'Tick' at one of your addresses.  This can be
  33.           overridden with the new -A command line switch.

  35.           MSGTRACK.IDX has been renamed to NODELIST.MTX.

  37.           There are 3 new commands in the Setup Input Editor, Ctrl-Y
  38.           clears the field, Ctrl-End deletes to End-of-Line and Ins
  39.           toggles insert mode.

  41.           For those running in a network (or multi-tasking)
  42.           situation, please note the following information on how MT
  43.           opens files:

  45.               System files .................. Read Only, Deny Write
  46.               NODELIST.MTX (standard run) ... Read Only, Deny Write
  47.               NODELIST.MTX (compile) ........ Read/Write, Deny All
  48.               Raw Nodelists (compile) ....... Text, Read Only, Compat
  49.  
  50.           There are two new log levels, 'Other Errors' and 'Trivial
  51.           Messages'.

  53.           At compile time, MsgTrack will now report the total number
  54.           of nodes compiled into the Index as a 'Trivial' log file
  55.           entry.

  57.           New commercial config option 'Move Rcvd Msgs'.

  60.           General->Paths menu.

  73.           MsgTrack now supports the D'Bridge log file format.  There
  74.           is one potential difference between MT's D'Bridge style log
  75.           and a real D'Bridge log. MsgTrack uses Country Code
  76.           information to select date format, date seperation
  77.           characters and time seperation characters and I seriously
  78.           doubt that D'Bridge does this.  Also: D'Bridge does not use
  79.           a 'priority' symbol (ie: *, +, -, etc) in its log entries,
  80.           so MT includes the priority symbol as part of the data
  81.           portion of the log entry.

  83.           MTSetup now has relatively complete mouse support.
  84.  
  85.           The 'Originally Addressed to' address, on a NodeMap, is now
  86.           reported as a Routine Action log entry.
  87.  
  88.           Wilcarding of NAMES is now possible in both the Point
  89.           Manager and the Node Manager.  You can only wildcard the
  90.           END of a name.  To do so, place an asterix (*) following
  91.           the name string.  Example:  If you entered the name
  92.           "andre*" (sans quotes), messages to "andrew farmer", "Andre
  93.           Gagnon" or "Andrea Johnson" would all trigger the action.

  95.           Fixed problem with MT sometimes striping kludge lines.
  96.  
  97.           New config option, General->Paths->Semaphore.  This is
  98.           where MT will place semaphore files, such as the FrontDoor
  99.           rescan files.  If this path is not specified, then use of
  100.           the 'FrontDoor Rescan' option will place the rescan files
  101.           in the AFI environment directory.
  102.  
  103.           The 'FrontDoor Rescan' option is no longer limited to the
  104.           commercial version.
  105.  
  106.           New commercial command line option -S.  This causes MT
  107.           not to log the subject line in 'Message Info' log entries.
  108.  
  109.           Changed the EchoMail bounce logic to only include the
  110.           header and trailer, not the entire text, in the bounce
  111.           message.

  113.           Slightly redesigned the structure of logfile data.
  114.  
  115.           The AREA tag of bounced EchoMail messages is now loged.

  117.           New command line option -L.  If used, it tells MT to
  118.           =never= bounce messages that were entered locally.

  120.           New config option, Misc->Action->Bounce Local Msgs.  If set
  121.           to 'NO', it tells MT to =never= bounce messages that were
  122.           entered locally.

  124.           When MsgTrack bounces a message from "UUCP", it will now
  125.           take the contents of the "From:" line in the message text
  126.           and place it into a "To:" line.
  127.  
  128.           New commercial Manager, Routing.  This allows you to
  129.           specify addresses/names that you wish to disallow routed
  130.           mail from/to.
  131.  
  132.           New commercial config option, "Misc->Action->Kill Inbound
  133.           Freq".  If used, this causes MT to kill (delete) any
  134.           File/Update request messages that are addressed to your
  135.           system.
  136.  
  137.           New commercial config sub-menu, Actions->Bad UUCP Handler.
  138.           This menu is only of any real use to UUCP gateway sites.
  139.  
  140.           You may now define your own 'bounce text' for EchoMail,
  141.           Destination Unlisted and Bad UUCP bounces.  The files
  142.           ECHOMAIL.MTB, BAD_DEST.MTB and BAD_UUCP.MTB will be
  143.           searched for in either the current directory or the AFI
  144.           environment path.  If found, they will be used for the text
  145.           of the bounce messages.  If they are not found, the default
  146.           hard-coded text will be used.
  147.  
  148.           If DESQview is detected, MT and MTSETUP will now use the
  149.           "shadow buffer" for direct screen writes.  Therefore,
  150.           anyone running MT under DV can now safely set "writes
  151.           directly to screen" to NO.
  152.  
  153.           New configuration option "Rename aliases to primary" is
  154.           accessed by hitting F1 on the General->Sysops menu.  If set
  155.           to 'Yes', then any messages arriving addressed to sysop
  156.           names #2 thru #5 will be changed so that they are addressed
  157.           to sysop name #1.  There is no 'on screen' notification
  158.           when a message dest is changed by this function, but there
  159.           is a one-liner in the log.
  160.  
  161.           MTSETUP will now 'swap' out of memory when you shell to
  162.           DOS.  Less than 5K of MTSETUP will remain resident.  EMS
  163.           will be used, if found.
  164.  
  165.           When node maping a 'boss' address (.0), MT will now also
  166.           readdress any messages to points of that address.  The
  167.           original point address (TOPT) will NEVER be retained.
  168.  
  169.           The 'file attach stripped' line is now visible, at the top
  170.           of the message.
  171.  
  172.           A new utility, MTLOG.EXE, is provided to analyze MsgTrack
  173.           log files.
